Insurance

To ensure we are accessible through your health insurance, we maintain contracts with most major private and public insurance companies.

While you may see your insurance listed here, it is not a guarantee of contract with every individual plan offered. You will ultimately be held responsible to pay for your doctor visit if it’s not covered by insurance.

Please avoid discovering this the hard way!

All patients are encouraged to verify their coverage for naturopathic services by calling their insurance company directly to see if naturopaths are covered under their plan and to confirm our doctors are in network.

If your insurance company is not listed here, please call our office to learn about our out-of-pocket options and discounts for those who are eligible.

Self-Pay Patient Acknowledgement

Thank you for choosing Link Community Clinic NP PC for your healthcare needs. We are committed to providing you with quality, integrative healthcare.

Patient Financial Responsibilities

The patient or legal guardian is fully responsible for the payment for treatment of care.

Payments Due at Time of Service

New patients establishing care agree to pay an initial fee of $185.00 due at the time of service, which will go toward the final bill. New patients acknowledge additional fees will be invoiced based on the care received.

Returning patients agree to pay $100.00 at the time of service for each visit and acknowledge that additional fees will be invoiced based on the care received.

Invoicing will be sent to the patients’ address or Athenahealth Patient Portal, and this is payable via the Athenahealth Patient Portal or over the phone with one of the front desk staff members.

Link Community Clinic NP PC will provide a “super bill” or an itemized invoice upon request. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for it to be sent. We will not be submitting a claim on the patient’s behalf to insurance.

Link Community Clinic NP PC is not responsible for billing or fees incurred from other healthcare agencies such as laboratories, imaging facilities, and other diagnostic facilities. It is up to the patient to work with the other organization.
